What if a couple thousand years ago Satan found a young woman in Judea to impregnate and then convinced some really gullible people that the offspring was the Son of God?

Mars Day!

50 years ago, March 1, 1970, I had an idea.  I would invoke the God of War to create havoc with the peace movement at the time.

So, just sort of pulling off the top of my head, I played Holst’s Mars while reading The Temple of Mars section from the Knight’s Tale in Canturbury Tales.  It seems to have worked.

So today, as I have done every March 1st for fifty years, I will do the same thing.
